Please check on github.com - we're not seeing any issues reaching this? Some work was done on our one upstreams this afternoon to stabilise their network. They are still making a few changes based on our feedback here.

Thanks for this. We’ve escalated back. It seems there is some weird east/west splitting going on here. We’ve also secured some additional capacity coming online tomorrow.
Steam downloads are also super slow (2-4MB/s), having to use a VPN to get normal download speeds of steam (100MB/s)
 
Github looks to be resolved. Please confirm. If not, please confirm what DNS you're using?
GitHub good now, using cloudflare iirc. Other routes still pretty iffy, things are fine, then massive loss, then fine, then massive loss, rinse repeat

What latency are you guys getting on WS with Frogfoot? I am consistently getting mid 20s from PTA. As a second what DNS are yall using for Websquad?

i would do a ping compare, but im on vuma, not sure how that makes a difference , but somehow i think it does
 
Evening apologies for my late reply here. We are seeing this too. Engaging this vendor for feedback. A small delay on our new solution, team is still busy with it, no eta yet

Any feedback on this? As international gaming is near impossible at the moment. Is this going to be resolved before wacs is fixed, or do we need to put up with not being able to stay logged into a game from longer than 5 minutes? At this point, I would prefer a higher ping and a stable line, than a good ping and a line full of packet loss and constant disconnects.

There's been some back and forth with the vendor in bringing this service up and getting it to actually work. But we have been told some changes have been made across the board with our other vendors. we are currently testing and monitoring.
 
Been down for a couple of hours. Service and broadband lights are still off.
What could be the issue?
