my connection is terrible again but this time it's not the router.
loading webpages, emails, etc takes ages.
the experience is far worse this time around @websquadza
edit: apparently my light levels are all out of whack however they haven't change since the day I got my fibre installed.. hmm...

Seeing some issues on backhauls from Rustenburg, affecting Evotel and Vuma. I believe this may be affecting you?
Most likely unrelated to @tm458 , as that's more FNO related. do you have an MTR or IP I can look into?

yeah it was, seems like it's back to normal now
I am having terrible international speed issues 4 mb/s on a 500 mb line, also major packet bursts and loss in Call of Duty Black Ops 6, getting kicked from matches constantly for timing out and rubber banding. What is going on? Randpark, Vumatel
Looks like line packet loss, have you logged a ticket for the team to check your line?
An update here. We picked up some errors on an NNi interface with Vumatel. The LAG member was dropped and the interface swapped last night. Errors have cleared. Please can you check and confirm if this issue is still present your side? If it is, we’ll need to wait on Vuma regarding your line

Hi, thank you, looking at Speed Tests and much better to Cape Town and to London now, wil test COD and let you know if the issues are resolved. But so far so good.
@websquadza What do I need to do to enable IPv6 on Openserve? I have a Unifi router, and I can't get seem to get it to work.
Also, are you guys using a CGNAT? My router is reporting it as such, and none of my port forwarding rules are working anymore.

Morning. Regarding CGNAT, It seems your Openserve profile was created with the incorrect IP pool assigned, this has been resolved.
Regarding v6 on Unifi
Settings > Internet > IPv6 Configuration: Set to DHCPv6, PD size is 56
Settings > Networks > Pick the VLAN (assuming 1 here) > IPv6: Interface Type - Prefix Delegation, Prefix Delegation Interface - Primary (WAN1), Prefix Delegation ID - start with 0 and increment by 1 for each VLAN (we give you 256 by default)
