Web sQuad ISP - Feedback Thread #2

@websquadza are there gremlins in the network or is one of the CDNs having issues again? Everything is sooooo slow today, taking like 2 minutes to open a channel in slack, X takes like 5 minutes to load, etc
what FNO are you with? Things have been ok on Openserve in PTA East
 
Also having issues, services are slow and there is packet loss.

Did log a ticket with MTR logs. (Ticket ID: 910713)

Please advise @websquadza
 
Also having issues in Randpark, Vuma trenches, my family at home complaining that Internet is extremely slow today to load anything, must be an issue
 
Yes I also have very slow speed.
Trenched East Rand.
Very sluggish.
Dit a speed test on mybroadband.
Half the speed and upload did not even complete. Some gremlins to be found.
 
JHB update: Team isolated the cause of the forwarding plane issues, traffic is flowing now. We will be moving some NNIs to other devices (we used to have 2 NNI switches, we now have 4, and our older FNO NNIs are still concentrated to those 2 devices) to mitigate the effect of such an issue

Our team is investigating the cause of the forwarding issue and we will provide a RFO when we have some more clarity.
