On the 13th of October, I placed an order for an Openserve fibre connection together with a 500/250 WebSquad fibre subscription for my new house in Hartenbos, which I moved into yesterday.

Someone from Openserve showed up at my new house today and told me he couldn’t get in touch with me because he didn’t have my cellphone number. Because of this, a new appointment needs to be scheduled for the fibre installation. The installation was supposed to happen today.
Could you please update me on when the new appointment will be? I work remotely full-time and need a stable fibre connection as soon as possible.
