Don't worry, everyone involved is still looking into this - will just take some time as all issues like this do... This is a slightly more complex fix than simply clicking a tick box. At a core level, something is wrong. Yes, as @r00igev@@r pointed out - there are some glaring faults (port isolation and port security notwithstanding). Think of this situation as telling another guy that he's not braaing his meat properly. Tell him outright and, well, it won't go that well.
Bwahahahahahahaha - someone burnt the meat

Since I usually only post when there are problems, I need to remind myself to give kudos when there's nothing to complain about too.

Since the upstream maintenance, downloads, twitch, streaming in general has been flawless. Much appreciated.

One day when Octotel get their **** in gear it'll be perfect :)

Vuma Aerial in Bryanston is dead as well.
Also your call logging system is not working. I have tried 8 times to log a call online, but the moment I click on open a ticket the system logs me out. :X3: This is not the first time this has happened.

Internet just died completely, North Riding Evotel. No connection
Internet dead. Red light on router. Vuma Aerial Glenhazel
As per others, my Vuma aerial in North Riding is dead.

PPPOE services fully restored for all affected JHB VLANs.

This seems to be a fault with connections from Telkom Mobile and their CGNAT system. We've tried engaging them, but no luck.

So not just me that can't see international at all?

Was happily playing an Apex game and then BAM, International gone.

I can't get on COD. Dropped just after 9.
And it's back.

We saw this too and taken it up with the upstream once again - their WACS interface flapped again. Apologies here - the switchover is still not seamless as routes are still hanging too long before the upstream withdrawal. We've asked them to look again at improving this.
