I have just updated your tickets with regards to cloud and your upgrade.

We're testing 1 Gbps in KZN at the moment. Wingnut test passed with flying colours on a simulated 1000/100 lite, besides Bandwidth place (what's new). However we're picking up on a bunch of local (DBN) servers limited to 400/500M, Netflix's fast is peaking out at 650M. Not sure if this is related to quite a lot of servers in the area being hosted in IS Umhlanga and insufficient/limited capacity between there and Teraco Riverhorse where we connect to these networks. Will be testing through this evening and announce results tomorrow.

Well figured I’d try SuperSonic for a month before switching to you guys but I’m without internet now /facepalm.

If I sign up on Vuma portal now, will I have internet by the time I get home? Or will I need to log a ticket and apply on your site?

I was online within a few minutes after going through the vuma portal.
