I can report the following:

1) Wifi speeds are decent. Not quite 1gbps but I understand the issues regarding wifi. I had to mess around with the 5ghz channels to find a channel that worked well.

2) Real Debrid, Youtube, Netflix work like a bomb! Have only experienced 1 buffering with RD and it was a 4k 30gb file so I'm not too phased.

Conclusion: I'm a happy chappy. Everything I use my internet for is working so far.

@websquadza Why are FTTB accounts so damn expensive? As a small business owner I don't need static ip's, 99.5% uptime, cloud storage, uncontended etc etc All I want is fibre goodness at an affordable rate!! I'm dying here man!! All I need is 100/100, uncapped (probably use around 300gb a month) for anywhere under R2000...

The price disparity between FTTH and FTTB is extreme!!

Saw mention somewhere of certain routes being unavailable due to outages or something

That test is iffy though. Upload was at 300Mbps until the last second
