Folx is great, I use it too via Setapp. Axel is also supported on macOS. I find commandline based tools always outperform tools with a GUI.

I'm retarded with command line, I'll stick to GUI lol. Can you imagine having a local seedbox and then downloading everything at 1gb speeds

I don't need to imagine, my seedbox in the USA lets me download files at 1Gbit speeds because I route everything through Cloudflare, so WebSquad "sees" the traffic as local.

Yup, definitely uses multi-threading, allows for 20 thread.
The file is too small for me to really hit 1gbs but this is very close.

Well ****, just use ExpressVPN with Google Drive and you can get max line upload speeds lol. @websquadza don't suppose you can investigate where Psychz (the colo provider that ExpressVPN uses) peers in ZA, then you could hop onboard there? It's one of the Teraco DC's I believe...

I just tried uploading via web client and am maxing out my 100Mbit upload, using 1.1.1.1 as DNS. Maybe try settings yours to 1.1.1.1 and flushing cache.
Nope, disconnected from VPN, using 1.1.1.1 and speeds have tanked back to what my initial tests showed (using DriveFS)
I think there is an issue somewhere with routing or something, because I'm also having an issue with restream (sent @websquadza a PM with the details a few days ago). Can't push anything higher than 7Mbit stably. Just tried via ExpressVPN and pushing a very happy 80Mbit.

what do you get via web client? Web Squad are at Teraco where Google is and I get full speed so the variable is isolated to you.
