Taking a bad hit with dropped frames now though. Just tried to start part 2 and had to reschedule for tomorrow morning since I'm being hammered hard

I don't think this is the fault of @websquadza, since it seems to be an issue across many ISPs on Vumatel, whereas OpenServe doesn't seem to have an issue... SADV doesn't seem to have an issue either (just asked a mate to test)

It's all over the place, but I'm pretty sure this has something to do with Vumatel specifically.
I left the stream running in the background, basically streaming my 3rd monitor's desktop and muted audio.

Edit: I've followed up with 7 people, all in JHB who are busy streaming various games. 3 mates on OpenServe aren't having any issues, however 4 on Vumatel are all having issues and we all use different ISP's: Vox, Mweb, MTN, BitCo (and I'm on WebSquad - obviously).
There has to be more than just coincidence there...

Things are 100% stable so far. Haven't dropped below 4500kbps once. Once I'm done with this seminar I'll just leave the stream running to get a good timeline of when things become iffy...

Just completed the seminar. Nearly 2 hours and not a single dropped frame...

Going to do some game streaming for the rest of the day, will keep streaming to plot when exactly things start to go wonky...

Struggling to get above 3000 kbps constant now

Edit: Graph paints an interesting picture...

Could I ask those of you on gigabit accounts to run these tests and post results here please?

Standard single thread TCP download from queen.cisp.co.za
iperf3 -p 17001 -t 20 -O 4 -R -c queen.cisp.co.za

Same test, but now with buffer set to 21M
iperf3 -p 17001 -w 21M t 20 -O 4 -R -c queen.cisp.co.za

Same test, now with 2 parallel threads
iperf3 -p 17001 -w 21M -t 60 -O 8 -R -c queen.cisp.co.za -P 2

10GB file download
wget http://5.download.real-debrid.com/speedtest/test.rar -O /dev/null

Uhm no.
