Couldn't open the video. Oddly seeing Blizzard favouring Wolcom instead of HE (from their looking glass). Not sure if this is having any effect. Any improvement?
Still getting that 'network error'. I was able to download it connecting my telkom lte router to the unifi setup though, and I can connect to WoW and play games, just can't download the launcher for some reason.

So this is what I've tried so far.
1. Tested on 2 different PCs (1 wifi, 1 LAN)- same issue
2. Tested on Telkom LTE (wifi) - no issue
3. Tested on Telkom LTE (as WAN for USG) - no issue
4. Tested ExpressVPN - same issue (Chrome shows download as complete, but the file itself is corrupted)
5. Tested on Asus router - no internet (is the CPE MAC locked for a router?)

That Vumatel handover looks terrible... Unlikely it's a server issue. Any chance you can test from a second PC? I just need two MACs associated with the speedtests to their handover to get their guys on it.

Sounds like an MTU issue to me (which is rare for trenched)... I just tested from my line and had no issues (Trenched, JHB Bryanston node). Try @wingnut771's idea- Test connected directly to CPE. Also, can you run a Wireshark test while downloading and send me the PCAP?

Yeah sure, I'll try to reduce noise as much as possible on the network haha.
PCAP while on CPE?

Thanks, let's just eliminate as much as possible. Direct to CPE is fine for the PCAP (this way we've eliminated all other potential issues).

So interesting here is another vumatel handover test, same laptop.. So vumatel manager wanted me to test using on Firefox browser through vumatel shop front site and that gets this result.. Through Chrome I get the results previously shown... So alot better through Firefox but still not the 900Mbps plus... Will try another laptop for you

Still not the greatest, but marked improvement. Let me know what the other laptop results are. This isn't the first time we've seen Chrome being funny just chalked it up to coincidence though.

Anyone else noticing weird results from Chrome (Speedtest and general page performance) lately? Also how heavy it's RAM requirements have gotten?

i stopped using chrome as the mac would burn my lap it would get so hot, using firefox since, so all my tests above were on firefox.

Here is the results from original laptop using Firefox again, and then another laptop also using latest Firefox installed and getting the full speed.

Perfect, so line looks good. Chrome is the culprit with the Vumatel tests.

Let's see how other performance fares this evening.
