Now my international Speedtest is showing this, something is really wrong.....
No issues this side loading wootware or on international. Check that DNS is resolving the site and then it’s going to take some manual adjustment to get the MTU setting right. There’s definitely something weird going on the Evotel side. You could also run wire shark to see what’s going on. That kind of asymmetrical performance on international is either last mile or router/LAN.
Test L2 MTU settings ranging from 1500 in 20 byte increments to 1400.
Correction to my previous. You can leave the L2, change actual <= L2
Quad 1 is resolving in JHB. May have been a small issue...

It seems to be sorted now. It did not affect websquad as such, it was affecting many sites and games throughout the world, so just decided to post that it was down in here, so that people who may be going to games and sites that were affected knew about it.

@websquadza , i'm moving my director to your guys service, he's plain and simply fedup with Vodacom, his line is on Vuma Ariel , does one also have to wait for the line to be "released" as with the trenched? or is it a case of new pppoe log in details?
Morning! Unfortunately, you'll need to wait for the line to be transferred over to us and activated on our network - Vuma Aerial is L2, so we need your director's line to be moved to our VLAN. I'll ask one of the client team to call you and confirm the details.

@websquadza - So true to your word, the 40/20 openserve thing was fixed to 50/25. But when I click on "order now" there are a few problems.
1. The order summary once again shows 40/20.
2. The price per month is shows R955.65 EX VAT, and R1134.45 including VAT due today. Could you help me understand why the price is different from the R999 per month advertised, and why it is due today when I only plan on activating it on 1 October 2020?
3. What is the CPE Serial number?
4. What is FTTH OBJECT ID / FSAN?

Morning. thanks for reaching out. It seems like the devs didn't update the billing portal - this has been resolved now (pricing too).
You can go ahead and place the order, payment is not required on order. Our accounts team will resolve this as soon as they see the order come in (it's a caveat of the platform). Our sales team will contact you to confirm the order details and process your order. Billing only commences once your service is live. If an installation is required, our team will place a separate order for that. If you have an existing installation, please enter your B Number in the Object ID field, you need not worry about other fields.
You can also send an email to sales [@] websquad.co.za and they will take you through the whole process.

Thank you for the feedback and the quick fixes. I really appreciate it. But there still seems to be a problem with what is being displayed.
On the order page (1. Product) page, it says the monthly fee is R868.70, which when you add vat gives you R999. Correct. However on that same page, it says VAT is R134.51 which is incorrect (it's supposed to be R130.31), and if it were correct, it would add up to R1003.21. But the total due displays as R1031.23.
Then on the next page (settings), it says the subtotal is R896.72 + vat of R134.51 which totals according to that page R999.01 (total matches what I expect to pay each month, but the sum is not correct), and then below that it says R1031.23 due today (why have that word "today" there when it clearly isnt applicable).
The guy who is doing the "fixes" needs to go and do proper maths and not "maths literacy". I hear what you are saying about all this that will probably be sorted by your accounting team, but I dont feel comfortable digitally agreeing to prices I know to be wrong. Can somebody with Grade 6 maths at least not just sort it out? I dont mean to nitpick, but you charge more than your competitors. These types of glaring problems should not be there to start with, or am I expecting too much?
I cannot place an order online with details I know to be incorrect. This is where Mind The Speed with their useless and incorrect "docusign" lost my potential business.
@websquadza Seeing some very large latency increases to certain parts of EU today.

From the MTR's look like an upstream issue in London? ( Sudden 40ms increase for local -> local is odd ) @websquadza
Was actually writing one up, but something literally JUST changed. Alternate routing but the latency seems improved..
Looks to have been an upstream's upstream issue. I see PCCW is no longer showing in the forwarding routes. Checking from our looking glass in all regions, things look to be normal again

Hello, not to intrude but COD servers have been a mess since the update and we had a full loby with diffrent FNO's and ISP that all ruberbanded in the game. Seem like a Blizzard issue iMO
