CPT Vuma Trenched. Apologies to some, you may have been affected by a VLAN change on our side now. Cape Town 2 and 3 were affected (if you know which Master Node you're on). Error was spotted quickly and traffic's been restored.

Good Morning @websquadza , question , Vuma Ariel , how long does it take to move a line to your service? our company diector has been with vodacom, and they finally released the line this morning, i have created an account for him , and sent everything needed to Martha from your sales team

It varies with Vumatel at the moment. Their entire sales capturing system is manual since they've brought all their different systems together into one. So we capture an order on their portal and then we need to wait for them to a) accept the order and b) provision the line. I'm going to have to officially give you the same turnaround window we're provided by Vumatel at the moment - up to 48 hours (we can't make any promises on their behalf). Unofficially, it's quicker;), but it always depends on the number of migrations they need to process on a busy day like today; so I'd say there's a good chance of him coming online today.

Again another drop...
This is literally a daily occurrence now and happens more than once!
@websquadza it has gone from having an issue once a week or every few weeks to multiple times a day?!

Is it just me, or have there been many random internet drops that last like 2 to 3 minutes over the past few weeks?

and as I was about to post that you posted, so at least I'm happy its not just me...

Thanks for the update. That sounds like the CRON run for invoicing. Accounts and devs are looking as to why the run's late.

Thanks, will make a note here. Please PM me your details.
Is mine free this month then :D
