Thats a little bit more than an improvement

Hehe, I mean from earlier this morning when I tested, so the improvement I'm talking about is the 850mbps vs 770mbps. I don't know what's going on with that PPPoE dialup result.
 
Finally done for the day, so had some time to do some tests. Looks like the first hop packet loss is coming back intermittently. Goooooooo Octotel.
 
International has taken a nose-dive for me in the last few mins. Just me?

By the way - where do these notifications come from?
 
I am deeply disappointed at websquad's billing department. I had been a happy websquad customer for over a year now with no issues, however having experienced a over billing problem last month which has now extended into a second month, my patience has worn thin.

I am experiencing very slow streaming today. Trying to stream using either CinemaHD or Syncler with RD and I’m getting buffering on a 1gb line. I’m actually not very impressed as I have been experiencing degrading streaming performance for a while now.

Yeah mine also been up **** creek of late. Definitely more buffering going on.

Check RD CDN settings again, sometimes it defaults back to "automatic", change it back to cloudflare.

Unsurprisingly, not much appears to have changed.

We're combing through the network carefully to see if there's anything that could be affecting TCP streams. Personally use Hulu and it's been fine, so it seems more related to certain sources (not blaming the source yet, as there's more than one, rather how we reach that source and they reach us). We made some minor adjustments to advertisements in JHB on Tuesday and again last night; have you noticed any improvements here?

The new transit routes which were promised to us in September are finally going live in JHB next week. The vendor had capacity constraints and held back on service delivery until this was resolved (better than overselling I reckon).

I thought your issues were resolved when we resolved that Asynchronous issue last week?
