Sorry for the late response here. Most timelines we were given last year have fallen behind by months (Various reasons for these delays) - which is frustrating to say the least. We are obviously working hard to implement these asap, and as soon as we have feedback from vendors we can start implementing accordingly.
Could've sworn I read this week somewhere. Oh well, things are running well enough at the moment :)

Pricing is incl VAT. Open a separate ticket with accounts and will make sure it's resolved asap.

Whats weird is the ethernet1 port shows as down, when I reboot the ONT it shows as up, but the moment the ONT has the PON and AUTH lights both on the ethernet port goes down

Thanks, I have a recurring payment for the lower amount but the system shows them as paid, will open ticket anyway to clear it up
 
any contact number for the AWS africa team ?
They keep f***king with the routes then i need to explain to my son who bugs me while am working
every 2nd day they seem to be messing with the routes

Their NOC? Unless you're their customer they probably won't care too much. What issues with the routes are you having? Post a trace please.
