Apologies, will look into this. Email support [at] websquad.co.zaAlso, Service tickets are not saving on the portal.
Thanks, will mail.FNO? Only outage in CPT is the Octotel Strand Node, which feeds quite a few nearby areas.

Thanks, will mail.
Any update on that node from Octotel?
Connection restored. No official comms yet. Just a post on their facbook group that they isolated the issue.

Even if you choose London you won't necessarily get London, due to SBMM and them prioritising having the fastest queue time possible it will put you into any EU server they deem best.@websquadza any chance you could install Apex Legends and check on some of the routing to EU servers, London and further afield? The servers are dogsh*t this season for sure, but latency has never been this bad. I'm consistently getting 200ms and upwards when connecting to London data center. The ping to the lobby server is still 140ms, but the actual in game servers are way higher than they've ever been. It's entirely possible it could be the servers themselves, but I'd love to know for sure, as it really sucks playing like this.

I always know if my ping is 170ms it's London, if it's 180ms it's Amsterdam and 190ms it's Frankfurt.
So i connected to Amsterdam yesterday got into game and pulled the server IP... It was putting me on US servers, got put on an AWS US server when i chose EU region... One game my ping is low the next it is high, i just played a bit now and it seems during the morning when there is less demand on servers you go onto the right server but at night you just get thrown on a random serverYep, I've noticed that too. Except this season I can't tell at all, because every single server is 200ms or higher.

Friend I play with is on Cool Ideas, and is also consistently getting 15-20ms lower latency than I am to every server we play on.
That's the difficulty - it's a randomly assigned server each time, all over EU. The login/lobby server is a set IP, but that doesn't really represent the in-game experience. That's why I suggested it might be quicker if you installed the game and did some packet capture to find a few server addresses and see if anything unusual crops up.Morning. Apologies for the delayed response here. Any chance you can try get me an IP to trace against? I know AWS are using longer paths at the moment (despite us following up repeatedly) - but I want to confirm it's an AWS IP.
Generally, the in-game IP's will be on a range so even the just of it would help. Like for Overwatch MEA is 157.175.7.xxx between 100-157That's the difficulty - it's a randomly assigned server each time, all over EU. So Apex uses AWS for Frankfurt, Google for Belgium, Amsterdam has its own host and London has its own host, then in America there are AWS/Google and other providers.Generally, the in-game IP's will be on a range so even the just of it would help. Just sounds like Overwatch AWS issues but on steroids. So Apex uses AWS for Frankfurt, Google for Belgium, Amsterdam has its own host and London has its own host, then in America there are AWS/Google and other providers.
Getting IP's for Apex is not the easiest, the servers at the moment during peak you just get thrown on a random server i seem to be getting New York a lot since my ping is 209 there and in game i am more or less 209 to 215...
There's a disturbance in the force... Rebooted everything but no change.
