GSWave or LinPhone is your friend.

Strictly G729, PCMU or PCMA.

GS wave seems to be the most promising at the moment indeed! Haven’t tried LinPhone. Will do some testing

Thanks Guys, have installed GS Wave and that appears to be working as expected.

</edit> is there something special I have to do to get voicemail working when the receiving device is busy (disposition USER_BUSY [17] in the portal)? Everything in the portal appears to be correct in order for this occur, but the voice message says "The subscriber number is currently busy"

Is anyone from websquad answering any tickets? Service isn’t working and I was told everything should work after typing details in

Heyo @websquadza I have an order waiting for activation. Noticed on the vumatel shop portal I can self-service and have my internet up within 15 mins? Got your router and everything plugged in, just waiting for activation. Norah has assured me that there is an order placed on my line for when it releases, but can take up to 48 hours to activate. Would I be able to proceed with self-activation without any issues, or rather wait it out?

Edit: poking you here with the hope that it might be checked on a Sunday

Ticket ID: #632495

Unfortunately, Vumatel removed the ability to self-activate and all orders need to go through the standard procedure - which includes a manual activation from their end. I see that the copy on their shop portal hasn't been updated. Will get this sorted out ASAP. In the meanwhile, we're looking into your ticket now. Will update you on the ticket.

Awesome! The ticket is basically the same as what I've said here in the forum's. Will activation only take place tomorrow?

Edit: everything has been answered in the ticket. Thank you

With openserve's price drops next month I'm considering dumping vumatel.

@websquadza have you guys defined your new commercials yet?

Additionally, if I were to cancel vuma and apply for openserve (all with you) what installation costs would there be?

Mr Websquad, now that your website is live with new Openserve pricing, it certainly does look attractive to switch. Could you have a gander at the above question.

Thanks

Any issues on Websquad? getting 172Mbps download on my 1000Mbps fibre.....

Hi guys, is there a problem with Google Services? Youtube won't play any videos, just keeps loading any video I try. Speedtest seems to be ok though

Yup, full speed on my 1000/100 Vuma trenched in CPT, YouTube videos permanently in buffer.

Edit: resolved

Resolved my side too

Looks to have been a short glitch on one of the google peering routers. Seems they moved traffic to other peering edges which resolved the issue.
