Any update as of yet ?We are aware of the higher latency, one of our vendors is being a little problematic; we are working with them for a resolution, and will drain later today if they don’t come right.

Looking at this destination's looking glass, it looks like their routing to us varies between their EU destinations. https://lg.globalsecurelayer.com/ you can test to your home IP from this looking glass. London and Frankfurt look good, Marseilles within range, but Amsterdam seems way out, preferring our ACE path.Pinging 37.153.157.16 with 32 bytes of data:

We have been notified of a fault on one submarine path (ACE), resulting in some longer return paths as traffic is routed around this fault. We are working to steer traffic around this from our end too. There is no need presently to drain the affected path (take it completely offline) - we will monitor this closely for the time being.Any update as of yet ?
I didn't have any issues on Vuma. Could it be openserve specific?FNO openserve and still getting lag on COD server tonight
In my case using different ISP fixed everythingI didn't have any issues on Vuma. Could it be openserve specific?
Not seeing anything across the network, might be more localised. Area and FNO?Really awful buffering on Netflix all night? @websquadza
Interesting. Likely some maintenance on their end- I know showmax said their were replacing some switches last week (wasn’t meant to be service affecting). May be related. I see our BLP BGP sessions have been stable for weeks- so likely something internal that side.Anyone having problems accessing DSTV streaming?
Update: Came back after 7am
