WebAfrica ADSL unresponsive

I keep trying to get a reasonable ADSL service with little success.

The latest speedtest above shows 27 KB/sec download and 41.6KB/second upload with 45 ms latency.

Their customer service does not call me to setup my email box on their server.

Can you do a tracert to webafrica.co.za, bbc.co.uk and google.co.za, and report back with results, please?

I did that weeks ago and want to add my results but Posting Permissions says "You may not post attachments"

I could forward results by email. What email address should I use?

Have you sent out support team a ticket or given them a call to assist with this issue? Please send our team your test results via [email protected] or give them a call on 0860 009500.

I am certain they will get this matter resolved.
