WebAfrica Capped ADSL

Does unused data for WebAfrica capped accounts carry over? ie: I buy the 100GB capped package for R199 and only use 75GB. Do I lose the 25GB if I don't use it and start with 100GB fresh next month?

Does not carry over.

Afrihost does carry over.

Plus you have unlimited afterhours data.

I'm still with WA but their service and data quality is fcking ridiculous k@k of late
 
Been trying to call WebAfrica since 1pm today, with no answer. 3 times ive tried the live chat. Sitting and waiting as i move up the queue only to get to number 1 and told, all operators busy, i must open a ticket. Which i have and still waiting over 3 hours for a response.
 
Cancelled my WA line and data yesterday, so July will be my last month, then moving to Afrihost in August.

I've had WA since August 2014 and must say it's been extremely stable and fast with no downtime.

My main reasons for leaving is that it annoys me that my unused data doesn't carry over to the next month. Afrihost is also slightly cheaper for the same product, after hours unmetered times are 2 hours longer than WA and is unlimited vs 1TB on WA. Afrihost also seems more in touch and tech savvy, such as having an iOS app to check usage etc, better portal and website in general.
 
Is WebAfrica doubling their data or am I just seeing a glitch in their systems on the first of the month? Normally get 100GB and I'm seeing 200GB on their dslConsole.

My guess is a glitch - this is not the first time I have seen this. Should be changed soon

Please give me suggestions what to download ( We have 3TB to fill. )
 
Flippen hell, as I cancel they decide to double my data for the same price, lol. Guess I'll be staying with them for now as R199 for 200GB anytime data is bloody good...
