Is this department open today? Nobody answering calls since 8am. My ADSL is down. I managed to get through to billing and the lady there tried to transfer me to support I got cut off.

I take it you have tried reboot your router? Mine was down too but a reboot later and it's now working.

I tried reseting my port on my account but that did not fix it.
