Delivered device on 4th Oct
Vumatel installation ref on MPT-51241 provided on 11th Oct
It was advised that there is no ETA for when address is created.
But would you not say there has been a huge delay with no communication on what is going on in back end of reasons for delay or any resolutions of how to complete this transaction
As a customer I feel like im being messed around.
Vumatel doesn't not pick up phones for follow up
Webafrica chat agents no assistance provided , no feedback provided and no call backs after taking my delivery fee, how will this ever come to an end
 
Sorry to hear that you fell victim to WA. Do as porchrat says and switch as soon as humanly possible. Your quality of life will improve drastically.

Fibre order placed on 13 October
15 minutes later Octotel called to make an appointment for installation
Router got delivered at 08:00 on 14 October
15 October at 09:00 line was installed. Yes, on a Saturday morning!
30 minutes later Internet light on ONT turns green (indicating that the line has been provisioned)

The line worked from the moment the ONT indicated that it's been provisioned for even though I only activated it two days later.
