Hey guys

Could someone please point out what the difference is between these two laptops and why does it seem that the better one is less expensive?

Also, has anyone themselves bought from them? Would you recommend buying this from them instead of paying R20 000 at Incredible Connection. Also, would it be best only to order after the long weekend?

More than likely just two different suppliers for the same product, with a different markup for the product.

It seems that the second cheaper one has a better processor? 3630 instead of 3610?

Yeah, no reason to get the more expensive one. As I said, two suppliers probably just have a different markup for the same product.

I wouldn't recommend buying from them, after sales service is atrocious.

djbassline - it is just 2 different Dell suppliers but the new and better Core i7-3630 is the slightly cheaper model. There were 2 units in stock at the beginning of last week so if you do want to go ahead, I'd suggest that we reconfirm that they are still available before you place your order so at least we can guarantee availability.

chickenbeef - any reason why you feel our after sales service is 'atrocious'? Service is actually something we pride ourselves in so I'd be interested to hear where you felt let down.
