I am not surprised you have hit a plateau - You cannot constantly lose weight only doing cardio (unless you are an ectomorph)
You will need to start lifting weights - and adjusting your body to the point you have reached.
You could (if you are completely averse to weight lifting - start adapting your cardio - swim instead of cycle - run instead of ski - etc - constantly change what you are doing so your body doesn't know what to expect.
