Weight loss

Damn I could do with some crisps, I haven't had anything like that really since April. Since April I've had 4 burgers and chips, that's pretty good going for so long!

But, when I feel like that I treat m'self to a nice milky coffee - it's like a bag of crisps except it's not salty, crunch or potato.

Put some sea salt in your coffee

Not sure about Mondays weigh in should be interesting.

What is everyones problem with water, its great just like it is. My sugar free coffee and tea already tastes fine too after 3 days
 
I'm having coffee with just cream. If I had only known how good it would be, I wouldn't have had to miss my coffee this whole month.
 
Hope no ones cheating - my only cheat is the occasional wheatbix when I wake up uber hungry at 1am in the morning. Not sure how my weigh in will look but I have less and less to pinch - whoop

Weet bix is mainly fibre from what I remember, very little glycaemic carb so it should be cool
 
Yesterday's fast went great. I always seem to sleep less after fasting and woke up bright eyed at 4am. Now sipping my coffee with cream, preparing for my walk on the beach and then my 4000kj breakfast shake lol :)
