Weight loss

What's left after that then? Meat, chicken , fish, eggs, leafy veg, veggies above ground, sweet potatoes, bacon,...

not sure about the sweet potatoes

Don't forget nuts, biltong, cheeses, cream cheese, yogurt (unsweetened)

And coffee...lovely, delicious coffee with cream

Think it was the macadamias that were making me feel ill last week. It's been so long since I had them, I forgot that I don't like them. Having pecans now. Weight is now down to 59.6 kg and in just this one month I've lost a whole inch off my rear end :D.

Always try and weigh in the same time... your weight changes by a kilo or more during the day

True that.. Will post tomorrow morning rather.
Question though, don't you weigh more in the morning because you/me/we are full of krap :p

Biggest weight drop for me this week. I am a bit skeptical and its probably due to the flu, so will have to see if it stays off this week or if I gain some back.
Anyhow weigh in is 118.9 - that is around 2.2kg loss for the week.
Major mile stone for me under 120kgs, been a while

fecker, you beat me with 1.8 :D Well done!

Pho3nix: you'd think, but no ;)

WTF guys seriously stop these major drops :D. Just realised my scale sucks - I shift my feet slightly and the weight reading changed by up over a kg - but meh I "look better" but still.

3 reading gave me

800grams down
400grams down
600grams up

I use a Wii fit. It seems extremely accurate and consistent :)

Well you could always weigh yourself, before you krap, and then weigh yourself after, and then you'd really know how full of krap you are :p

Eish I'm going to the Transkei today, only returning Wednesday and I am going to be out of action for those days :( They don't have all the food I chow, so I will just chow the veggies they make there :D9-

Ow I am going to be so thirsty for the Gym :D

Interesting, must be the loss of hot air :D

Do you have fat to lose? Didn't you mention you want to tone up?
Well done either way!

Hot air is light... so it's more likely he's stocking up ;)

thanks, I'd be exceptionally happy if I can lose another 5% body fat but I'm also pretty comfortable with where I'm at now :)

I'm starting to work on the toning bit, but it's going to be extremely difficult within the next few weeks as I will have to go back onto carbs and will not be able to work out until the end of October
