Cheeses, yoghurt, avocados, nuts, eggs, butter, home-made hamburger patties (make them in advance and freeze them then cook straight from frozen), biltong, fish with the skin on like sardines (if we're talking breakfast).
But you still need to watch what fats you're consuming because you don't want to spike your cholesterol poorly. Basically, if you eat medium chain triglycerides only, you'd have to be eating so much of it that it might land up giving you liver problems, and you might also miss out on other important essential fatty acids. So don't simply stick with one type of fat consumption, even though medium chain triglycerides are fairly healthy. Make sure you get a host of different fats, especially omega-3 fats. Kiwi fruit for example is a good source of omega 3 fatty acids. Sardines are great in this respect and they're full of MCTs as well.
Basically, sardines are a bit of a super-food, if we're going to use that classification. And they're delicious...
