Weight loss

This cheat day is not going well. I've been so strict with myself that I decided to really pig out today. So far I've had 4 black champion toffees, 3 lemon cream biscuits....and that's it. Still have jelly tots, top deck chocolate and a packet of Creamy Cheddar and no appetite. Dammit, I wanted to eat until I was stuffed

I've been keeping steady at 62.5kg's for the last 2 weeks almost I think.
Think I've hit my plateau currently but in the mean while my upper body seems to be toning up pretty nicely. Still have a bit of a Tyre which unfortunately is still refusing to budge.

I have no issue with you LCHF guys, I believe the science is sound - I do take exception to the fact that you see it as the ONLY way to lose weight.

I am not bothering with Low Carbs and High Fat and I have both lost fat and bulked up some muscle.

Explanation?

I cut down on PORTION size and raised protein intake

Damn. How small are you?

Not the only way. The easiest way imho - and for me the only way. I tried everything else, seriously. Weigh less. Herbalife. Low fat eating. Portion control. Gym (with a personal trainer). NOTHING worked until I found LC.

You're doing high impact gyming. Pretty simple.

Look, there are of course other ways to lose weight. They're not entirely healthy, and historically very difficult to maintain. Keto has massive upsides on all counts, hence the support for it...

what's your primary aim though, bulk up or weight loss or both?

for people who just want to lose weight without spending hours and hours in gym there are distinct advantages to LCHF, for body builders and athletes then you're into a different regime altogether
