Weight loss

...I should properly weigh myself to see if my current eating plan is working out. Hopefully after this weekend the physical excecises will be back on track as well. The good news is at least cutting down on the burders and *** as lend towards more energy, however only after quitting at one job and starting with a new one has the health falllen into place. Amazing one such a simple change can lead to not being "sick". Anyways. Today was just another normal day part extra cup of coffee, beginning to wonder if its not just ok to keep to a single cup a day and convert rest into water or tea... do you guy still drink coffee at all ?

I still do. No sugar, no sweetener, lots of cream.

Meh. I just drink it black at work, but at home I've made a mix of 50% decaf and 50% caf. I thougth to myself that might help cutting down on total cafienne I get in, but not sure if that is usefull at all. Perhaps just load of crock in the end. Otherwise I take it with honey and cream, I really don't drink it with milk its just common compared to cream.
 
Upped my bench by 10kgs - can almost bench my body weight ^_^

That's pretty cool. Been meaning to get to any bench or "strong man", but now it seems I have to rework some core muscles first. Was thinking of doing yoga before weights and maybe after to make sure that the muscles are warmed up.

Currently a bit more toned but not skinny.

But seriously - quite a bit of muscle and quite a bit of fat :D

Mostly around the midsection

My love handles feel considerable smaller this week - my front however feels more wobbly - I wonder how fat shifts while you lose/gain weight. I swear its shifting from my love handles to the front lol

Nothing wrong with coffee or caffeine, you need to drop the honey though.

I also first moved from sugar to honey, but it needs to go......after a few days your coffee will taste awesome without it, it just does.

How is everybody doing? I'm going to stop using the scale for a couple weeks. I have so much water weight fluctuation it's just pissing me off, but I'm looking & feeling fantastic - besides being sore from lifting lol.
 
I did about an 1hr and 10 minutes at the gym today. I weighed myself, I am now sitting at 115, 32Kg. I was surprised because I didn't gym at Transkei and I wasn't eating as healthily there. So far I am really happy with the progress I am making. It may look small, but really, its great :)
 
This am's weigh in/waist measuring was a really pleasant surprise. Next week should be even better.

And SO seems to be making some good progress on his keto diet as well. Even though we are refining it as we go along.

Is this enough fat intake?
About 3 tablespoons of butter
6 tablespoons of cream
2 pieces of 85% Lindt
30 grams cheese
4-6 eggs with 3 tablespoons mayo
Bit of feta and olive oil with salad
10 almonds
A piece of chicken with mushroom sauce every second day

The butter and cream is for my coffee.
That's about all I eat for the day. Are those enough calories? Yes, I know how boring this menu sounds :o
