Weight loss

Who can you like to be?
How the hell did you manage that?
Sheez 36kg
All I have managed in a similar period is 19kg:(

Seriously though would like to know how you managed that, well done.
I'm using a quick loss program which comes with a dietician. It's a complete lifestyle change and a serious amount of sacrifice.

I agree. My understanding is that raw foods are cleansing, and cooked foods are nourishing. They both have their place, and going to either extreme is detrimental.

Much to DJ's dismay I would guess, I see value in periods of vegetable juicing, but not as a lifestyle.
I think the only raw food in my diet at the moment is raw egg yolks, salad, and of course my fermented vegetables.

Fermentation breaks down the cellulose in any case. I don't mind raw food in moderation. In fact I enjoy a decent salad, but the majority of people still believe the hippie-hippie-shake-shake bullschit that raw vegetables are better for you than cooked vegetables. All you're doing is risking malnutrition...

Yes I agree...

Sitenote: my primary interest in juicing was in undoing the damage of years of chronic alcohol abuse. But on the other hand, juicing is incompatible with a ketogenic diet, and I have no desire for alcohol on a ketogenic diet.

Oh god, alcohol still seriously wants me. I drink once a week now as my cheat day...

lol. I'm up to five months sober now. I was low carb for the first few months, but I'm finding it ridiculously easy to stay sober on ultra ultra ultra low carb. I've even gone out with friends for dinner and watched them drink, which is very unlike me!

Hey all,

The tyre has stared to shrink :D:D Weight is steady at 62.8kgs.

@Drew, saw the PM, replying.
@Randhir, will PM you in a bit.

Just had Chicken Fillet, chicken kekabs, green-peas and a small helping of mash. :D

Oh well, that explains everything, NOT.

Enlighten us to what this lifestyle change is and how many virgins does one need to sacrifice:p

The one thing about this low carb diet is that my farts have become incredibly embarrassing. I'm afraid to let rip in front of others these days for fear of ridicule.

It smells like a woman's fart. That weird, sweet, off roses smell. It's hardly the nostril-clinging, egg-salad and onion concoction it was before...:(

Weird, with my low carbing I hardly fart at all.

Lunch today is ketogenic KFC. Homemade and nearly carb free. Absolutely delicious.
