As for the spice mix, it is insanely delicious. My own blend:
No alcohol, no fizzy drinks, no bread. That's just the start.

ok, it's the Sureslim diet.
Gluten Free, very small portions 3 times a day. High protein.
basically a lunch is a chicken salad, and a dinner might be 130g of pork or chicken fillet and vegetables with gluten free crackers. Got loads of energy and not hungry if I stick to the rules.
Takes a lot of commitment because it takes a lot of imagination to make the meals exciting.
That's great that it's working for you. I know that it's a quick loss eating plan and it does work. Two ladies I know have been on it. The only problem is they've now put back the weight they lost and added to it. I hope you find a way to make your weight loss sustainable.

I'm not starving lol.Of course you'll feel better. You're no longer lumping around a half a person attached to you. But starvation as in actual starvation is not a long term solution, nor a healthy one.
