Weight loss

I'm on day 10 of W30 now and physically I see some improvement I think, not sure, but food relationship and awareness wise its going really well. I've learnt quite a lot about myself in the past few days so I'm excited to see how the next 20 goes. I would suggest anyone tries it - just out of interest and without expecting any specific results. Only to learn.

What's W30 googoo? is it the paleo whole 30 program?

Just thought I'd try it. Can't really die from eating natural food... So far its been easier to stick to than weigh less or the dietician's program and I don't crave funny things. I do think about a kitkat chunky now and then  but not enough that I'd cheat for it. Its just very interesting. And my tummy does feel better. My usual once a month week long headache didn't happen either...

I have a confession to make.

Yesterday afternoon-evening when I got home after gym, I started off well - I made myself a ham, cheese and tomato sandwich and later that evening a fairly large smoothy (2 bananas, strawberry yoghurt, orange juice). And I was fine. I wasn't hungry for the rest of the evening and I could have gone to bed without needing to eat again.

But then later last night, as I was trolling the internet again, I got a sudden craving for the chocolate chip cookies I got as a gift from a colleague ... and I devoured 6 of them.

I want to bloody kick myself!!!

Only 6?? Not so bad - trust me some people around here (won't mention names :p) have done much more disgusting things...

Get rid of your supply so that it won't bother you.

Also, I stand under correction, but I think if you quit the bread you won't feel like eating naughty things.

Link is down but I looked it up in wayback machine. Yeah it's the paleo W30. I'm really impressed with you! That is so far ahead of weighless or the crap a registered dietician (RD - really dumb) would give you! And it's also a very sustainable way of living, and not only that, you are cutting out the foods that are the likely cause of your digestive issues.

SUPER IMPRESSED! :D

Googoo,

Don’t you dare tell us this is hard. Quitting heroin is hard. Beating cancer is hard. Drinking your coffee black. Is. Not. Hard. You won’t get any coddling, and you won’t get any sympathy for your “struggles”.

ROFL. I love this part!

Yesterday I tried on a shirt that didn't fit anymore, and it looks good again! I think a celebration is in order for tomorrow! I'm craving some brandy tart, and thin crunchy ginger snaps. Maybe some more cupcakes. Hmmmm.

No. Stick to the programme.
