Weight loss

SO and I try to dish up less. It doesn't always work out and sometimes you end up with left-overs on your plate. In the old days we would finish it because we felt bad to waste. Now we ditch it.

No sense treating your body as a garbage bin.

Leftovers = lunch for the next day. Also try and cook only as much as you need and divide it up if you don't want to waste. I know it can be difficult to do for only two people though

Any ideas for things I can keep in the drawer / fridge / freezer at work and just heat up or defrost for those times I don't get chance to pack lunch?

At the moment I have yoghurt, peanut butter, nutella and provitas :o

You're not doing the entire 30 day reboot?

I had those woolworths chocolate jelly eggs last night :p Just told myself that I am only starting my exercise routine next week.

I just had two cocktail sausage rolls even though I told myself I won't eat them :(

I find if I become weak and eat something I shouldn't, I make sure to workout twice as hard (As punishment)
Prob doesn't kill all the extra calories but def helps with the guilty feelings

prolly 95/5 at the moment. was feeling a bit bleh this morning so needed some 'comfort'. and thats one of the effects of the reboot. you are supposed to identify your relationship with food. im getting to know myself a bit better as well. i also dont want to get to the point where im resenting the food choices. im enjoying my form of the 'reboot'. a little cheat now and then.

but mostly its on the straight and narrow. for the half of the tramezzini i took off the top bread section and removed the thick edges. so changes like that im also trying to make. if i want bread, i have the honey and rye but only 1 slice as opposed to 3 or 4.

im just trying to be alot more concious of what i eat. and getting to know my relationship with food better. life is a bit tough at the moment so the temptation would be to seek out 'comfort' in food all the time. so im happy im managing the 95/5 even.

Have you heard about the 5:2 diet? It's an intermittent fasting diet. Google it and tell me what you think. I didn't lose any weight on it, but it did teach me control. You will get the naysayers who will tell you that it doesn't work, but plenty of people have lost weight on it. It just wasn't for me.

This is my fifth day. I'm doing it vegetarian. Thinking of using the weekends for cheat meals.

Hmm seems quite interesting. But not something sustainable is it?

get yourself a cupcake pan like this

COMPRAR+MOLDE+CUP+CAKE.jpg

make up an omelette mix and and fill each spot about half full, add fillings of your choice, I make some with ham, some with bacon, some with tomato and cheese, whack in the oven on 180 until cooked. allow to cool and freeze, just reheat in the microwave for a minute or 2, works a treat
