Weight loss

I really feel sorry for people who are trying to lose a few kilos. I’m not overweight but for health reasons I’ve had to cut out A LOT of things out of my diet. Sugar, yeast, wheat, dairy, and most starchy vegetables. And alcohol! Needless to say the past 3 months have been the worst 3 months of my life. I’ve never given any thought to the food I eat – I just love food and enjoy it. Now I can’t even order a pizza – without the base being sugar, gluten and yeast free. I go to functions and must snack on carrots and cucumber. No burgers, cause I can’t have bread. I haven’t cheated yet, but I don’t know for how much longer I can do this.

A note we'll ned to decide on a time to weigh - probably first thing in the morning - generally not holding too much liquid then. So weigh ins monday - weigh before you leave for work/ home or whatever you do.

How about a payin penalty for the pot for the cheaters whose stats get worse :D

Wanted to tell you thanks for mentioning the sleekgeek reboot :). I forgot that I did paleo about 3 years ago and went down to 58kg that time.

As fun as that would be, don't want to demotivate anyone -
I do however ask that no one lie - it defeats the purpose of this. I you stall or gain or lose - use it all as a lesson

Bought a skipping rope and resistance band today :) Chickened out on the 2kg dumbbells though :o Will work with my 1kgs for a bit longer...
 
Sigh weekends are indeed harder, especially when someone comes over with like 30 assorted pastries.:(

Anyhow managed to withhold temptation and did my two swimming sessions of 40 laps each, so all is good!!!
