I don't think the term fat is correct with any of the skinny people. Its more like skinny no muscles or skinny no six pack, but fat, nah, none of those pics in your google link had fat in them.

Fat is relative - skinny fat is called as such becuase they are both skinny and fat.

This as opposed to Fat Fat - which is what you're thinking of - theres a reason the word skinny is there

It a "skinny person" who looks "formless" and "doughy" due to very low amounts of muscle
