If you're still looking for a decent tasting green tea, Five Roses Lemon and Lime tastes great. Don't buy the jasmine flavour unless you like your tea smelling of flowers. The price is also super cheap compared to Annique.

Pinch test says not much has changed :(

Be careful of going too extreme - 2.7kgs in a week points to possible lean muscle loss.

Well done though keep it up - I think you're in the lead for "weight lost"

True, the tyre around my stomach doesn't seem to be going anywhere but have gotten a smidge weaker.
Push-ups+Pull-ups and some stretches are what I'm doing. No heavy sports because of my back injury. Might start running this week.

Don't stress tooo much - tire is generally the last thing to go - a lot of guys genetically hold onto it for dear life (including me)

Remember your protein and don't stop strength training, its very beneficial.

I lose fat on arms and legs before I see anything around midsection

Midsection is the last to go so don't even look at it this early in the game.

Thanks for the vote of confidence guys :)
Been on a protein and low-carb diet. No bread or refined carbs except for dinner when it's the odd rice or pap.

What do you guys have for snacks? Not a fruit kinda guy.

Generally yoghurt/fruit, easiest solution for me, but i wouldnt mind a few more suggestions.
Also used to have nuts/dried fruit.

If people are using normal household bathroom scales they can be erratic, you need to make sure that you use the scale in the same place, move the scale round your bathroom and see how many different readings you get. Also don't rely on the first reading you get. Jump on and off about 3 times and check for consistency. Weight is probably the least reliable measure of actual fast loss.

Bad advice telling fatties to jump on a scale :D
