Were all stalling at the same time - is this like when womanly cycles synch up?

I didn't stall. I gained 500 grams :D Waist was a centimeter smaller though.

This week has been iffy. Messed up gym routines and too many supper invites. Not looking forward to the weekly weigh in.
 
Why not high protein? I do weight lifting therefore protein is pretty much a prerequisite.

If you consume excess protein on a low carb diet your body will turn that excess protein into glucose, which kind of defeats the purpose of going low carb in the first place
 
With my 7.5 kg dumbbells? :p

Have you heard of the 30 day shred? The videos are on YouTube. Mostly women do it, but I'm sure there are guys that do it too. It's damn difficult and I like breathing too much to try and kill myself with that shred :D

Lucky Im not on an ultra low carb diet then,
 
You'd have to eat stupid amounts of protein to kick yourself out of ketosis.

Gluconeogenesis only kicks in when it's needed, anyway
