^ThisI think it depends on whether you NEED a higher protein intake, during heavy weight lifting for example, its suggested you have 1gr protein per Ib of bodyweight
I need more protein but don't really know what to eat... Fish tastes too fishy lately and chicken too chickenyI've tried some soya stuff but not very successfully
