Why not high protein? I do weight lifting therefore protein is pretty much a prerequisite.

I'm not saying protein is not a prerequisite, just indicating that you only need sufficient protein not high protein

I think it depends on whether you NEED a higher protein intake, during heavy weight lifting for example, its suggested you have 1gr protein per Ib of bodyweight

I need more protein but don't really know what to eat... Fish tastes too fishy lately and chicken too chickeny :( I've tried some soya stuff but not very successfully
