Weight loss

Shouldn't you maybe change what you're doing?

The headaches and nausea is normal when you start low-carbing. It lasts a couple of days, and then suddenly you feel better than you've ever felt before as your body flicks the switch. IT'S WORTH IT!

Just sounded like it was lasting a bit long...
And I get headaches from some 'healthy' food, so I was just mentioning...

Still motivated :), but heck knows what's up with my subconscious. Had a dream last night that this is just not working and I stuffed my face with a whole cake...and I don't even like cake :wtf:

Its a sign.... You need cake

I've been having huuuge craving for sweet things - like flapjacks -- its tough to say no when its jus flour eggs milk n sugar - n lotsa honey n cinnamon mmmmmmmmm

weight/fat loss is as much a psychological game as it is a physical one

Yeah, had a mouthful of Nik Naks last night but stopped there. (Ok maybe a few small mouthfuls)

Flapjacks are sweet???
When I crave sweet things I want like caramel mixed with condensed milk sprinkled with sugar and chocolate flakes...

My wife craves beacon assorted nuts.
But it's always a box.
And she says it's ok because nuts are important.

And the chocolate?

I am fortunate enough that sweet things don;t do much for me. Savories otoh are the devil's temptation :D

I'm pretty much over the sweet cravings now, so that's half the battle, anyway, my approach is going on the back burner for the rest of the month and I'll start again in November
