I don't think I was misquoting?
I don't think milk is (or should be) a large part of your diet. It's not natural IMHO.

Please tell me where in any of that I said that milk should form a LARGE part of your diet?
There?DrewChan said:I think people who are taking out milk as a part of their diet are extremists, altering your diet to this extent is not sustainable
And there? Context was around removing milk from the diet...?drewchan said:Thats why I added vast - you may be a part of the minority that could sustain a large change to your diet.
lol
Extra sex? We lived together for 8 years before we got married, the sex didn't change when we tied the knot
The bank balance did though. Weddings is spensive.
Haven't weighed myself and not going to do so now after eating food and drinking 3 litres of water so far today. I have lost fat - I can see it. I'll weigh myself tomorrow morning...
There?
Taking out a small part of your diet wouldn't be altering it to an unsustainable extent?

I stated removing milk completely is extremist, not that milk should form a large part of a diet.

Its cool, no pressure, when you feel ready. I just found I didn't lose on keto style, but probably because I was too scared to really up the fat intake.
91kg at the moment. Last time I weighed myself was on an empty stomach and, er, de-robed. This time I've got a lot of clothing on, just ate a hefty meal and have drunk 3 litres of water. So I imagine I've lost about 2kg...

Did a search on MyBB to see if there were older threads on keto.
I thought Drew was not in favour of a keto diet.
@Drew - You've called the keto diet restrictive a few times, but as you've also said, people are different. I love fatty food, sugar isn't a draw for me at all, so this diet is the least restrictive diet I can ever imagine being on while also being extremely effective.
I use to like milk in my coffee, but now since on this diet cream is better for me, I find no reason not to substitute it. It tastes better AND is healthier? A-OK in my book.
Personally I like some carbs every now and again and I don't feel like being worried that it might kick me out of a ketogenic state, again - this is an individual journey,
I am not telling anyone what to do - merely my opinions on the various ideas
