Weight loss

Just come from the GYM now, I am currently 107, 30kg. Wow I feel I can get to 100kg before the end of this year :)

I wish there was a way I could accurately count how many calories I burn in the gym, I don't think the calorie count on the machines are exactly correct.

I just wanna lose this belly of mine.....I was wearing size 46 for my pants, shorts, jeans, etc at the beginning of the year, now I wear size 42 and I can fit into a size 40 (a little bit of gym will open it up more :) )

I hope I don't gain too much from the festive season :(
 
Congrats :)

I'd advise not putting too much pressure on a goal weight for the end of the year.. You're clearly on the right track, and we have some lazy summer days coming up :)

I think I will do that actually....I wont set a goal for this year, but losing weight on itself is good enough for me :D

Well, what I have been eating:

Breakfast: 3 boiled eggs
Lunch: Salad and Biltong or chicken
Super: Mix of veggies (except potatoes) and mutton or chicken
I have biltong as a snack now and then

EDIT: I have also been having tea (Rooibos tea) with no sugar or milk....

There are a few days where I ate pizza, but surprisingly, it didnt add as much weight as I feared.

Sounds healthy :) Yeah, don't be afraid to indulge now and then. If you're too strict with your diet, you might find yourself giving up on it. Just try to get back to your healthy eating after the indulgence. Speaking for myself, if I have pizza or a burger around lunchtime (once a week), I fast the rest of the day and it's easy to get back to healthy eating the next day.

Hahaha :D Yoh it is not easy trying to resist....I would spend like 5 minutes or so just with the fridge open, starring at the good pasta, pizza, rice...... But eventually, the thought of all these making me gain weight will kick in....so I dont eat.

I have gotten over the fizzy drinks and juices.....I drink water and tea now....if a coke or juice is in front of me, I will easily put that aside for some water.

I did that once, when I had pizza with my family for lunch, I skipped super that night. Yeah I wont be hey, indulging too many times will be a problem :D

I must say after I finished my 30 days of whole 30 I thought I'm going to cheat a bit but the cheats weren't even nice :( Made me feel sick and didn't taste as good as I remembered them. I just wanted my boiled eggs and tuna and veggies :D I still stick to the plan and hardly ever feel the need to cheat. In social situations I will but then still choose something that's not so bad and stick to a small portion. I have so much chocolate that I've hardly touched :erm:

Funny enough, the same thing occurred to me after loosing weight, my body just craves veggies these days, go figure

My Q is, which of the underlined would be better to eat?

If not any, I suppose today will be one of those rare days I will indulge a bit :D

Enjoy yourself. You just going to foul your mood everytime. Eat as best you can and when you can control things then do.
