Weird e-mails from the Blackberry Server

A friend of mine who has a blackberry is suddenly getting these e-mails...

He has gotten four in the last 24 hours, some during the night. Anybody know what these are for and what he is supposed to do with them?
 
Doesn’t it have something to-do with blackberry messenger when you open or join a conference chat?
 
Might a a temporary loss to the BES server. I wouldn't worry about it.
 
Ja, thanks guys... I googled it... and basically it has to do with installing the BES service instead of the BIS service. He has to go back and re-install and clear his settings. I forwarded him all the info I googled. Hope he can manage it.
