Western Cape speed camera system update

That part of the N2 is not covered by the average speed cameras. The coverage area starts/ends at the pedestrian bridge at UCT, the Main Road bridge over the N2, and the pedestrian bridge over Eastern Boulevard. The N2 past Pinelands isn't covered.

Indeed. So still haven't come across someone who's received one of these fines. A friend frequently goes over the avg speed on the m5 and hasn't had one.

Me neither. You would think you would hear of at least one person by now. I wonder how legal these systems even are in the current legal framework. What recourse does someone have to challenge any mistakes or errors?
