Share your views on what your ADSL or FTTH service provider (Afrihost, MWEB, Axxess, Webafrica etc.) can do to make you a happier customer.

Allow an open FTTH network rather than being locked into Vodacom.. Also have some SME FTTB packages as well as the big enterprise ones that they have

Not shaping my torrents as a business customer.

Double my download speed for free.

Just flip the switch!

1:1 contention ratio
Truly uncapped and unshaped - with soft caps
Reasonably priced
20/20 (500gb soft cap at which point account is throttled to 10% of max speeds) - R700,
50/50 (1tb soft cap at which point account is throttled to 10% of max speeds) - R900,
100/100 (1tb soft cap at which point account is throttled to 10% of max speeds) - R1500

I actually want to see how many customers each ISP has and what their total bandwidth purchase is for their company.Looking to change as I feel that afrihost has too many people on their network.

I would be happy if my ISP (Telkom) kept on supplying me with my current "up to" 4Mbps connection, but made sure I had 100% uptime. My ADSL connection drops often.

Sometimes (rare) a router re-boot or two resolves the problem, other times I have to endure a call to the Telkom fault reporting number :mad:

Light up FTTH in PE! I'm struggling to get 20Mbps VDSL at the moment

Just stay up and connected consistently, even if speed changes. Just don't drop once or twice a day!

Include voip for free.
And why is Telkom more expensive and not by a small amount.

I have been with Mweb for nearly 15 years and have been very happy with their service and support however I just wish they (on certain issues) make themselves more available on a face to face basis to resolve technical queries
.

Faster Speed is the way to go

ADSL is something of the past. LTE & FTTH is the way to go. I have had excellent speed on LTE and would rather stay with
this. Telkom must bring their prices down to accommodate more subscribers and keep people happy.

WebAfrica can not shape business or any customers for this reason.

I use my vox account since WA is pathetic

Webafrica doubled my anytime usage from 200GB to 400Gb which is mighty super of them, thanks
Not ever going to use the 1Tb of Download Plus, just not a downloader or looking for things to download.

The connection is a bit sluggish.
