I agree. Total over-reaction from this dude. Let him go to the other banks and see for himself if they are any better.

Why is everyone so critical about this? I at least think that Graeme did the right thing and cut through all the bull-s*** banks introduce. Banking is hardly difficult as in it's simplest form it is all about debits and credits and simple accounting and yet banks decide to "bling" it all up, and forgetting about the basic need of the consumer: ease of use, fast and reliable.

Most of the critics in this thread are mere slacktivists. So what, if that video is the biggest thing in Graeme's world - it has sparked some debate and hopefully motivated FNB and others to revisit the way they do things and cut away all the noise traditional banking does not need.
