How do antiviral drugs work?

An antiviral drug interferes with the life cycle of a virus. Antiviral drugs for HIV can work at several points in the life cycle of the virus. An antiviral may prevent HIV from entering a cell by changing the cell membrane* or the envelope of the virus. Others may inhibit viral proteins* such as reverse transcriptase* and stop the production and integration* of viral DNA* into an infected cell. Some antivirals can block this viral DNA from forming new viruses. Others block the budding of new viruses from infected cells.

I think that process will be the one most people would go through in some for or other, male or female.
 
It would be one of the few times where i would turn violent should i find the person. Other than that, it would be impossible to say how I would react or deal with it
 
I'd lay a charge of assault. Being drunk is not grounds for rape. And why would you feel embarrassed about it? I can see how your immediate reaction might be so, however rationally thinking there is no reason to feel this way. Friends and family will not see you in any different light and would support you - or you have a redneck family and schit-for-brains friends.

I would however arrange for my revenge to be carried out once the perp is caught by the cops, which should be relatively easy for them - they could easily get a list of all the people at the party. They then question them all and verify their statements - lengthy process but it can be done. And for those about to post TIA - yes, we get it.

Because of an incident close to my heart involving a family member, I feel quite strongly about it - there is always a way out, there is no need to make irrational decisions, regardless of the urge to do so. Even relative strangers would help in rape circumstances...
 
Is the OP only referring to male rape? Or rape in general.

I gather this must be a really sensitive issue to most females. Not a nice thing to happen to anyone.

I would probably do my best to torture that person.

And how would that help you, at best you would get beaten badly or at worst, end up in jail for assault. The best option I think is to open a case of rape, and get all the medical stuff done. Get it out in the open and have a solution to work towards, I think.

You're assuming the victim would seek revenge via a fist fight. I reckon a substantial percentage of people would go the Boondocks Saints route & sort the person out permanently.

Not sure what I'd do. I can see myself going either route. Zen or Boondock S.
