What is the best anti-virus program?

I use Avast on Windows desktop and on my Linux Android. I use Avast because it is free and one of the best AV`s around, I also use it because it comes with tracking software for my phone and the AV is better the MSE.

I hate the constant popups on the free version, which is the reason I uninstalled it. I know you can disable some of them, but not all...
