What is wrong with 8ta?

I have a 8ta sim that I just use for data. Since yesterday I've been having problems with it. The data bundle has been depleted but it still has airtime on it but I cannot serve the internet with the remaining airtime. Why not ???

Sounds like you have hit the out of bundle page. You need to open a web browser and it should automatically redirect to the 8ta out of bundle page. You then need to choose your out of bundle option and confirm it, then restart your data connection for it to take effect.

Since you want to use airtime, choose "Surf out of bundle".

You can also buy a data bundle or surf at reduced speeds.

I did choose the out of bundle option and confirm it, then restarted my data connection but no luck.
 
My connection has been really slow again for the past 3 days. Last night 10-20kb/s max. I still have 8Gb midnight left which I'm going to lose tonight, it is just too slow to download and disconnects frequently. Had a friend over who checked the signal strenght and it's better than his @98-99%, -87db. So that is not the problem. :confused:
