What is wrong with men these days?

I think girls have it easier than guys *shrug*

Well I can only give you my male non-biased opinion on the matter **cough**:D

I am 34 turning 35 and still unmarried, and I can tell you why things have turned around like that have. IMO its always been like this... it only changes when you go into a new age dating category. When you are younger we guys always had to be the predator and "approach" the hot bokkies. Women when they are younger, they date for love and all those nice reasons hehe. You know the whole " I dont care where we live, even if we live in the forest with no money, as long as we are together, we will be happy !" Allthough most of them are out there to try and see how much attention they can get from guys approaching them, and most of the time once they "catch" someone's attention they quickly get rid of the bugger crushing his confidence. So many guys get so put off from being trampled on, they just dont bother walking up to a hot girl.


However, when you turn 30+ you tend to approach a new breed of women. Most of them have been through the abovementioned love / marriage part of life, and they battled through hard times due to money is not important aspect of life. As a male when you hit the 30's the first thing a girl asks you, is what do you do for a living, what do you drive... where do you live. Guys in general pick this up very quickly and then we become cautious (some use this to their advantage as well.. make no mistake :D )

So yes, the roles switch very much once you start reaching a certain age.

I think this thread his finally degenerated into insanity, I wouldn't put too much faith into what is being said at this point.

Well if guys at school could think with the head on their shoulders and not their pants, bowing to the girls every whim in the hopes of "gutting lucky" perhaps woman wouldn't develop these attitudes

Dude girls own us, we know they know that we cannot live without the p%^&^, they know we know they can live without the sausage :p

I'm curious, how many ppl on this forum have picked up their significant other in a bar? By significant I refer to long term g/f, b/f, marriage etc ....
 
Not me

Bars and long term do not go hand in hand, i would say maybe a pub or something that people go to on a regular basis yes but not a club like ftv, truth etc.
