What is wrong with men these days?

I don't think it's a case of being contradictory. Some women who are happy with their lives go out on ladies night with no interest in meeting men. I am one of them. My friends however, are single and don't want to be so they go out in the hope they will meet someone.
 
It's good, woman wanted to be equal to men. This means that they must initiate conversations, they must drive men around, they must buy us drinks, ask us to marry them, etc etc....
 
Look it is easy to get sex but you do not get love, love finds you and your lover. You should be friends first, lovers 2d or the chance of a short love spree will curse your life. The thing about bars is people want love or sex soon rather than getting to know a person. The guys or girls who want sex in the first 9 months are not the long term type most of the time... Sex,charm,good looks and that kind of stuff is only fun for so long untill you get bored and you start wanting some thing ells.

Women didn't fight for equal rights so we could propose and buy you drinks.

Don't knock the guy. Perhaps he is just old fashioned and doesn't believe in sleeping with people after a couple of months of dating. Nothing wrong with that.

Well technically speaking if we treated you different to men that would be sexists and no good liberated woman (not wearing bras) should take that. I don't open doors for men, I don't help carry heavy things for them etc. Just following the logic. Or would you prefer us being sexist?

I'n not like that, just saying as an example...

My wife and I got down to the serious stuff 3 days after we met. 20 years on, we're still here, still happy, and still doin' the serious stuff. It takes all sorts to make a world.
 
Post some pics of the ladies. Maybe somebody here will contact them :D

I don't find anything wrong with it, hell, if he waited until marriage, that's cool too ........ the 'issue' is the part about people that do have sex too soon (in his within-9-months view) not being the long term type.
 
Actually i think there are situations in life where if a man lends a helping hand it's not considered sexist. Letting a woman walk through the door before you for example is just the gentlemanly thing to do. So is asking a woman if she needs help carrying something that's really heavy. Women wouldn't find that offensive. It's chivalrous. Sexist behaviour would be treating a woman as though she was inferior or stupid merely because she was born female.
